At TrackFee, we stand behind the quality of our service. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscription fees and other payments made to TrackFee, a product of Eagleminds Technologies Private Limited.
1. Subscription Plan Refunds
1.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Professional and Enterprise subscription plans purchased for the first time.
If you're not satisfied with TrackFee within 14 days of your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
No questions asked - we simply want you to be happy with your choice.
1.2 Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
If you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
1.3 Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, no refund will be issued for the difference.
The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
2. Payment Gateway Processing Fees
TrackFee does not charge any transaction fees on payments collected from your members/students. However:
Payment gateway providers (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.) charge their own processing fees (typically 2-3%).
These gateway fees are deducted by the payment provider before the funds reach your account.
TrackFee cannot refund payment gateway processing fees, as they are charged directly by third-party providers.
3. Event Ticketing Refunds
For events created using TrackFee's Event Ticketing feature:
Refund policies for event tickets are set by you, the event organizer, not by TrackFee.
TrackFee provides tools to manage refunds, but the decision to issue refunds is entirely yours.
TrackFee is not responsible for disputes between event organizers and ticket buyers.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using TrackFee for an extended period.
Billing errors or duplicate charges caused by our system.
Other extraordinary situations evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@trackfee.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include the following information:
Your registered email address or account ID
Subscription plan name (Professional or Enterprise)
Date of purchase
Reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)
Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
